How are package returns managed?
In case of an address or order error by your customer, such as size or color, you can ask them to return the product to you in order to then place a new manual order on our platform. On the other hand, if the error is on our part, then we will reship the product or the entire order at our expense.
Customer Package Loss
If a package is lost, we commit to resending the product or refunding the customer only after the carrier has officially declared the package lost. This provision does not apply to products marked as "delivered": if your customer indicates that they have not received their package but the tracking
Do you deliver to pick-up points?
We do not use this delivery method, simply for reasons of speed and security: we have always prioritized mailbox delivery for our users, which is much more efficient than anything else. This avoids issues related to parcels not claimed by your customers.
Customs Fees

The tracking number is missing
If your order is marked as shipped in your TPOP dashboard but your tracking number is not added to your shop's order, it may be for 2 reasons: You have manually closed (processed) the order You have set up your external shop to automatically process orders: we will not be able to update the order
Package Returns
The shipping address displayed on the packages is your address, in order to strengthen your brand image (and to completely make TPOP invisible to your customers). You will be asked to provide an exact address in the “Preferences” section of your dashboard. It is important to enter a valid address:

We deliver everywhere, or almost. That's how it is, we're not afraid: you have no limits to make yourself known worldwide. Only a few destinations are not deliverable (restrictions imposed by governments or inability to ship): Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.
